  Edited Review: Steven from Allbritton explained the carb was cleaned, and even offered to send a technician to me to fix the recoil starter. I am adjusting my review accordingly for the excellent customer service. For that, I would recommend them and use them for future small engine repairs. Original Review:Giving one star for apologizing that they forgot to call after servicing my pressure washer. Dropped my pressure washer off approximately 4 months ago for carb cleanout/replacement since it was hard to start. Picked it up today, and all that was repaired was the pull start, which came undone after 4 pulls. All said and done, I was charged $45 for a pull start repair, which wasn't even why I dropped it off in the first place, and failed after 4 pulls. Staff was friendly but the quality of work and actually doing the service that was originally requested was non-existent.
