Anyone can bring things in to consign. You set up an account and when your items sell, the amount is deposited into your account. You can then collect the money or make purchases with it. The clothes are very well taken care of. If any item of clothing has a spot or stain, they will not accept it. I have also found cute maternity clothes there as well.
