  I went to get my phone battery replaced while Apple was providing them for $29. I went two hours early and they were slammed with customers but still got mine put in within an hour (still an hour before my appointment time). It cost $29 for installation. But I shouldn’t expect they’d do it for free, it definitely beat mailing my phone in and not having one for a week or so. All in all I’m satisfied with their service and would recommend them. And I want to win a laptop ;)
