  Very Poor Service at this location in Hattiesburg, MS. I will NOT be back !!!!!! When I went to the counter Nobody asked if I needed any help !!!! They are one of their employees sitting in a chair playing on her phone and the other was cutting a guys hair. I went to the Store Manger and told her what had happened and I got a Appointment for 2 PM. I wished I had went someone where else because she made a mess out of my hair. It's will take months now for my hair to grow back after she shaved it all off. I DID NOT tell her to cut all of my hair off in the back of my head and leave it long just at the top. Their Manager Carla thought it was funny!!! So if you want your hair be a HOT MESS then visit this JC Penny Salon in Hattiesburg Mississippi. The truth is, a hair salon can be dangerous and anytime an employee or owner has been negligent, a client may have the right to sue. A lawsuit could cause you to close down your hair salon temporarily or permanently.
