The lady on the phone with me was beyond rude. She kept breathing hard in annoyance when I asked questions. I'm a jewelry artist that is new to this city so I am constantly buying supplies for my art. If they display poor customer service over the phone, why would I step foot in that store and spend my money there? Oh that's an easy answer... I WON'T!
