  I am a local business owner myself here in the Hattiesburg area. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I value my customers and can admit when I have made a mistake instead of blaming the customer. I asked to exchange an item for a larger size, and then my item was lost. After being extremely patient and waiting 12 weeks, I was literally yelled at by a salesperson who acted as if I hallucinated the incident. The owner then spoke with me and informed me that even though they failed to provide the service they had promised, it was my fault and my loss. Now I do not have the item, a refund, or store credit. I can simply say this: I will never shop at Randy Price & Company again nor will I ever recommend it to any of my friends or customers. Sincerely, Truly Dissatisfied Customer
